The Coffee shop I created is to be placed in the center of campus, I have incorporated seating in the front with a Plexiglas barrier to the interior of the the rest of the shop.
Directly behind the Plexiglas is a bar for additional seating facing towards the back. I incorporated a glass shelf that is easily pulled out (much like a dishwasher) where they could store and display the fruit and additional beverages that they are selling. To reach the fruit you simply reach in from the side.

There is a steel frame for the ceiling plane with corregated aluminum that is bolted on top. Each of the poles are placed inside designated holes in the rubber floor for easy installation. The rubber floor is in 4'x4' tiles that interlock together. All of the counters and bar also fit into designated holes in the floor.
