For my senior thesis I chose to transform an empty building in downtown Longmont into a gallery that focuses on sustainable, green art. The second floor of the building is living space, the idea was that the owners of the art gallery would live above, reducing their need to drive to work.
There's a great new Italian place in Longmont, at Airport and Nelson. It's called Caper's Italian Bistro - featuring very tasty Italian specialties and a nice, reasonable wine list. Check them out at Caper's Italian Bistro - Longmont

An imaginative and arresting plan.
Thoughtful.
